We’ll set the foundation for your journey with powerful intention and goal setting. In this call, I’ll guide you through my Future Self Visualisation to help you connect with your bigger vision, identify your core blocks, and create inspiring, aligned goals for the months ahead.
9 x 60-minute Coaching calls (every 2 weeks)
These transformational sessions alternate between:
Soul-full business foundations: Depending on where you're at, we'll work on the simple foundations you actually need to start: your dream client, first signature offer, pricing, messaging, sharing your work and creating your personal path towards your first paying clients.
Inner Transformation: We'll work through the fears, beliefs and patterns, such as self-doubt, comparison, perfectionism and procrastination, that show up as you begin putting yourself and your work into the world. We’ll use coaching, visualisation, parts & identity work, embodiment and intuitive practices to build deep self-trust and grounded inner confidence.
Courageous Action: Every session, the business foundation and inner transformation we’ll work on translate into real-world action. Whether that's finally launching your offer, recording the face-to-camera video you've been avoiding, inviting someone to work with you or holding your first workshop.
Each call builds on the last, keeping you consistently moving forward while balancing the inner and outer work.

After every session, you will receive a personalised practice, worksheet or visualisation to help you find clarity, shift blocks and create real, long-lasting change even beyond our 1:1 session.
This could include a target audience worksheet, a financial and forecast planner, a visualisation to connect yourself to your mission or practical tools to build your confidence as you build your business.
Unlimited high-level voice message and text support between sessions

Of course. You don't need to have done any coaching, mentoring or any inner work prior to our session.
This is a great starting point for your personal and soul business journey. You will not only “learn the basics” and strategies of building your soul business, but start transforming your inner world through finding clarity, build real inner confidence and stepping into your most authentic and empowered self.

At the beginning of the Session we will talk about your topic, any relevant background and what your goal for our session is.
We will then start to dive a bit deeper. Depending on the topic this could look like
identifying and transforming self-doubt, imposter syndrome, procrastination or perfectionism
transforming your money mindset to be able to call in paid clients and increase your prices
building a strategy that helps you attract your soul clients
analysing your current business strategy and offers
Depending on the topic, we’ll use different Coaching tools such as visualisations, parts work, targeted questions and business tools to identify and transform what’s been blocking you.
Lastly, we will map out actions to integrate the new identify and insights from the session.
